PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS.

• Monty Cobb practiced law from 1983 through 2021.Since then he has consulted and collaborated with lawyers and law firms. His law practice and subsequent consultation practice includes appellate briefing, employment law and business litigation. Mr. Cobb was admitted to practice in all Oregon Courts, United States Federal Court for the District of Oregon, the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and United States Bankruptcy Court. He also practiced pro hac vice in the Washington Court of Appeals and Superior Courts in several counties.
• He has represented clients in hundreds of cases before these courts and in administrative agencies including the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries, Unemployment Division, Department of Consumer and Business Services, Senior and Disabled Services Division, Department of Environmental Quality, Construction Contractor's Board, Board of Medical Examiners, Board of Dental Examiners, Board of Naturopathic Examiners, Board of Nursing, Workers' Compensation Board, Oregon Mortuary and Cemetery Board and city and county local government regulators.
